Ukall Apps Limited Joining Ukall Apps marked the beginning of my journey into enterprise software development, where I combined technical support with hands-on software engineering to deliver reliable, scalable business solutions. In my role, I worked closely with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide user support, and ensure the smooth operation of enterprise applications. These interactions gave me a deep understanding of customer challenges and the operational realities across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, utilities, security, NGOs, and field services. Beyond support, I became actively involved in designing, developing, and enhancing software products, contributing to both mobile and web applications. My work has included implementing new features, optimizing system performance, designing databases, developing REST APIs, integrating third-party services, building interactive dashboards, and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure. I have also played a key role in product customization, solution implementation, client onboarding, technical documentation, and proposal development, working collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, user-centric software solutions. Working at Ukall Apps has enabled me to grow from a software support engineer into a solutions-focused software engineer, combining technical expertise with business understanding to build applications that improve operational efficiency, enhance visibility, and support data-driven decision-making
